Advise on multiple humanitarian Funds and sponsored programs/projects
Provide leadership guidance and assistance to grantees in the interpretation of funding requirements
Participating in and directing (when appropriate) the design and implementation of proposal review and strategies
Manage required post-award activities for Funds including budget versus actual performance, compliance monitoring, donor reporting, and other management and correspondence activities.
Build relationships with other INGOs to promote Qatar’s involvement in consortia for program funding
Research, identify, and match funding resources to meet specific programming needs.
Managing and maintaining updated records to monitor the fulfillment progress of programs
Travel to field offices and program locations, as duties required.
Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience, plus seven (7) years of related experience. Master's degree preferred.
Demonstrated competence in effective in-person and written communication.
Excellent organizational and project management skills and demonstrated ability to manage several complex projects at once.
Strong interpersonal skills; flexible and adaptable team player.
Knowledge of international community development and disaster response concepts and ability to communicate them creatively.
Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision
