Tonight, for the first time, we are invited to the Residence of Tunisia’s Ambassador with a rare, exclusive and special cultural experience.
Journey to North Africa and spend an evening on foreign soil as we deliver the spirit of Tunis, Djerba, and the Grant Erg Oriental with a diplomatic touch
1) SPECIAL TUNISIAN FOOD PREPARED BY THE EMBASSY’S CHEF
Dine with the Ambassador over a unique Tunisian menu including their main national dishes being special prepared by the embassy’s private native chef.
- Green Tunisian salad
- Tunisian spring rolls
- Tunisian couscous with lamb
- Tunisian hot sauce with Tunisian spicy ground beef ( called merguez )
- Tunisian pastries
2) TUNISIAN WINES AND REFRESHMENT
Taste and enjoy Tunisian wines with regional beers and nonalcoholic drinks.
3) AMBASSADOR’S GREETING:
Meet his Excellency Fayçal Gouia, as he welcomes us to his residence. Mingle with some of the embassy’s diplomats and staff who will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.
4) TUNISIAN DANCE PERFORMANCE:
Tonight, we will enjoy a rare Tunisian Dance Performance highlighting different cultures and regions of Tunisian. Our dancer will be specially dressed in the traditional cultural outfits worn by the people of Tunisia.
Following the performance, we will play traditional Tunisian music and perhaps learn some native dances as well.
Enjoy a short film on the beautiful scenery, culture and people of Tunisia
Throughout the residence, marvel at some of the Tunisian art and materials that will be available for your viewing pleasure.
