Her only way out is to have Kang-il to testify on her behalf as a character witness. Mi-soo hatches a scheme to win Kang-il's heart, but things don't go exactly as planned. Their cat-and-dog relationship eventually leads to love, only to be torn apart when Kang-il cannot let go of his past and discovers Mi-soo's true motive.
