EURO 2016 - Semi-Finals: FRANCE vs GERMANY @ La Maison Française at the Embassy of France
On July 7th, France faces off against Germany in the semi-finals of the Euro Championship in what will surely be a fierce and exciting elimination game. France will hope to vanquish their longtime rival and exact revenge after Germany's 2014 World Cup Quarterfinal win against Les Bleus, while Germany will hope to end France's happy habit of winning tournaments on home soil and secure their chance to win back-to-back major tournament honors in this year's Euro Final.
Join us at the French Embassy as we host the game in the Maison Francaise on the big screen projector this upcoming Thursday. Come with family and friends and join the Franco-German community as we enjoy a great football match from two of the best teams in the world!
The match will be broadcast live on Thursday, July 7rd at 3 p.m. Doors will open at 2:15 p.m. as well as the bar, and juice boxes will be available for children.

1) When do the doors open at the Embassy?
The doors for this event will open 45 minutes before the start of the event, at 2:15 p.m.
2) Can I park in the Embassy parking lot?
Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate visitors in the Embassy parking lot. However, there is substantial space to park on the Embassy's street, Reservoir Road, as well a available parking across the street at Georgetown Hospital (Entrance 1).
3) Are there any items that are not allowed at the Embassy?
Yes. Please be advised that for security reasons, Embassy staff and security services cannot allow large bags or backpacks to be brought onto Embassy grounds. Any large bags will be confiscated at the entrance gate before the owner can be granted entry.
4) Can my children be admitted under my name?
Please be advised that the Embassy requires that every individual attending this event have a ticket that matches a valid piece of identification. Minors must provide their own ticket and valid piece of ID as well as be accompanied by a parent or adult of age.
