The Mexican Cultural Institute is proud to welcome Mexican pianist and musical prodigy, Eric Valdes, Mexico's National Youth Award Recipient in 2016, for an evening of music on Wednesday, August 14 at 6:45 pm at the Institute.
The program consists of a piano didactic recital with works from the classical, romantic, post-romantic and contemporary periods. Magical Path of the Piano is a series of didactic recitals that was born in 2015 as an initiative of the interpreter himself in order to bring classical music to children and young people from low income communities. The recital’s name, Magical Path of the Piano, comes from his journey through the magical towns of Coahuila.
